What we collect

• Information you give us. When you complete an enrollment or contact form we collect the parent or guardian's name, phone number and email address, your child's first name and grade, the school they attend, which program you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
• Enrollment and billing information. If you enrol, we collect the information needed to run the program safely and to bill you, including emergency contacts, authorised pickup people, and payment card details captured by our payment processor.
• Technical information. Standard server and analytics data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the site you arrived from.

Information about children

This website is written for parents and guardians, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from a child. Information about your child reaches us because you provide it. We use it only to run the program your child is enrolled in, to keep them safe, and to contact you. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

If you believe a child has given us information directly, contact us at +1 214-232-6536 and we will delete it.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and quote tuition.
• To enrol your child, run the program, and reach you about your child's day.
• To take payment and keep billing records.
• To send program updates, schedule changes and closure notices.
• To send marketing messages, where you have agreed to receive them.
• To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Text messages and calls

When you give us your phone number you agree that we may contact you at that number about your enquiry and your child's enrollment, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop operational messages about your child's care, such as a closure notice or an emergency.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who run this site, our customer records and our messaging on our behalf.
• Our payment processor, to take payment.
• Emergency services or medical staff, if your child needs care.
• Anyone we are legally required to share it with.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards. Enrollment, health and billing records are kept for as long as the law and our insurers require.

Your choices

• Ask us what information we hold about you or your child.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.
• Opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe link, or marketing texts by replying STOP.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us. No website or system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated to enrolled families directly.
