These terms apply to your use of carrolltonsbestkids.com, operated by CBASSC LLC doing business as Carrollton's BEST Kids. By using this site you agree to them.

What this site is

This site describes our after school program and summer camp and lets you enquire about enrolling. Using the site does not enrol your child and does not reserve a place.

Enrollment is a separate agreement

A place is confirmed only when we accept your enrollment and you complete the registration and payment steps we send you. Enrollment is governed by the participation agreement and welcome packet you receive at that point, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement controls.

Rates

Summer Camp prices are shared when registration opens. The rates for a season are subject to the terms in the welcome packet for that season. After School tuition is quoted directly. We correct pricing errors when we find them.

Children must be collected by 6:00pm. From 6:05pm a late fee of $1.00 per minute from 6:05pm may be charged, and repeated late pickups may affect enrollment.

Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site or our systems you are not authorised to use.
• Copy, scrape or republish our photographs, text or branding without permission.

Photographs on this site

Photographs of children on this site are used with the permission of their families. If you are a parent and would like a photograph of your child removed, text +1 469-208-3568 and we will take it down.

Our content

The text, photographs, logo and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reuse them commercially without our written agreement.

Links to other sites

Where we link elsewhere, we are not responsible for that site's content or privacy practices.

No warranty

This site is provided as is. We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that the information on it is complete at every moment. Program details, schedules and rates change.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing here affects the terms of a signed enrollment agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes relating to your use of this website will be handled in the courts serving Dallas County, Texas. Disputes relating to enrollment are handled under the dispute process set out in your participation agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
